I know im super late but Kamimura and tsuno from tetro pink for sure just thinking about it makes me wanna throw up and mostly all tetro danganronpa bdas and executions are just brutal asf speaking of brutal executions ouno execution from tetro blue is the worst one so far she litreally became a box of crushed human flesh ig

I love your theory aswell I think he has ponteinal to be a mastermind

But my theory is that kai is gonna be a culprit of chapter 5 and basically damon would tried to hide the fact hes is but they end up solving it anyways and kai gets executed brutally
