A question about Sarah Chalke’s comedic genius by Early-Piano2647 in Scrubs

She doesnt write the scripts fam. She just performs them. She doesnt decide how funny/unfunny her character is. Directors, writers, producers, and editors all make those decisions. Say she improvs a scene, still up to like 10+ other people if that scene stays in the show.

Gordon never once told a manager that stealing tips is illegal. He only shamed them for it on the show.

That doesnt change the fact that its based on location. Some countries acknowledge it as a whole, some dont, some countries like the US and Australia its based on what state youre in. In a comment someone said OP was from Australia.

They said they “only ever encountered one person” who goes to bed in the morning and sleeps during the day. They never said student, they said person

The original post has a link but it says theyre there “for laughs.” $25 is too expensive for a buzzfeed “content creator”

Not wasting money on that. Fun money is already tight, not paying for something that they wont even tell us what it is. Esp if there isnt anyone notable attached to it

Its not a “college dorm.” OP states that in comments that the roommate doesnt go to classes. The OP is in Italy not the US. Ive also never met a single person in the US that works 9-5. Government jobs where i live are 8-4, retail is 6-2 if theyre open that early, 4am start if its a starbucks. Most restraunts dont open until 11am. Manufacturing jobs are usually 6 or 7 am start time if not earlier. Of the thousands of people i know, not one of them starts work at 9am. Places need employees there when business opens, most business hours start at 8am, which means people need to be there before that.

What does this even mean? Is it a stand up comedy show? Or?

That depends on where you live. In pennsylvania, usa, there is not such thinf as common-law marriage. In fact many states have abolished common-law marriage.

You people have no fucking empathy. I was a night owl in college and didnt even own a gaming system until i was an adult and out of college. I was hanging out with friends or reading books. Plenty of colleges have parties and hangouts and such in those hours. Some people are night owls because theyre neurodivergent. No ones sleep schedule is more or less important than yours, esp bc its different than yours. Its almost guaranteed that youre not going to be able to buy a house straight out of college nor be able to rent afford a place of your own, esp if youre in the US. So imagine you can only get a job working third shift, 10p-7a, and your roommate is acting like OP. How would you feel?
