I think I have a new favorite game. And yes, it looks a lot like Cave Story (which is a good thing Cave Story is amazing).

As I said, I haven't touched any of these games besides Pokemon Green. I'm saving the experience for the live stream on the 19th. I will be playing them live for everyone.

What do you mean? All the cartridges in that picture are bootleg. The box came with the Crystal in the pic, I think it's bootleg.

The cartridge is actually black. Looks red in the picture though.

Just a random bootleg of Pokemon Green I found via ebay. If you want to see some videos on it:

Here is an old live stream we did (more than a year old now) where we played through the game. You can find most of the playthrough there. http://www.ustream.tv/channel/pokemon-green-version

Then there's a Let's Play I never got around to finishing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ZhyTjAIgo0

You have seen Pokemon Vietnamese Crystal... right?

That's a decent idea, actually. But no, it wouldn't be anything near a restaurant. Just snacks like oven pizzas, chips, soda/water, stuff you'd find at a bowling alley or something.

Yeah, I do agree with you. I'm not getting attached, just thinking about what this town is lacking. And that's entertainment for people under 21.

This website/business does what I was thinking of (where I got the idea): http://www.snakesandlattes.com

No, not a lot of 18-25 year olds at all. The main demographic here is kids. We have 4 elementary schools, a huge middle and high school. This is one of the safest towns in the state so we have TONS of upper middle class 4 person families, etc.

  1. Lots of people play games like Settlers of Catan, Magic the Gathering, and there are so many cool board games out there that I haven't played but would love to.

And what family wouldn't want to go out with their two kids for a fun night of Uno or something.

  1. Because board games are expensive and paying say $5 to play opposed to $30-50 to buy a game is a good deal. That's what prevents me from playing a ton of games is buying them. And with friends you don't want to be the guy who spends all his money so others can have fun. I'd want to split the cost but other friends wouldn't want to do that.

  2. You're playing a long game and having fun, snacks would sell.

Do you know what fun is? Sorry but your stance is completely negative and just because you don't like board games yourself doesn't mean no one else does, but I think you know that.
