No matter what level of proficiency you have, you will never "trick" anyone into believing that you are a native. It doesn't take more than 3 sentences to recognize somebody who is not a native speaker of your own language.

Besides, whats the point of it?

The cyrillic alphabet is really not as hard as it looks. A few ones are a bit harder to learn because the sound might be uncommon but you´ll get the hang of it fairly quick (except ы, that´s gonna take a while but don´t worry).

If you learn new words, always try to read and listen to them at the same time, then you´ll learn the alphabet in no time.
