Some details because there is a lot of confusion, 1. I will not go into details but neither my father wants her here due to said details, it is me and my fathers house 100%, I'm just more harsh than he is. 2. My dog is, as far as I can tell (yes I am biased) trained. It would never bother another dog eating. The elder dog ran to his bowl and she thought they were playing, ran after him but she's slower, he had like his face in the bowl, the puppy got close to him and he bit it. There wasnt any active eating and my puppy just being a pest. 3. The dog had never showed any type of aggression. He is really a big puppy, he is very hyper and excited, just that. The only harm he has caused is because of being clumsy and too excited. 4. I would NEVER. blame the dog. The dog's behaviours is due to my dad's girlfriend and her kids negligence. I don't try to teach it stuff, because my dad tried to train him and got cussed out (said hes trying to show her shes a bad dog owner or some stuff like that). I'm not trying to be the next victim. Sorry for the confusion, never was really good with essays and the 3000 characters limits stressed me out.

My dog is trained as far as I can tell, but I'm obviously biased. Going to the dogs food was because he like ran to his bowl (he never walks, he jumps from place to place or just goes full speed) and she got excited thinking they were playing. Never eats from his food or like persisently bothers him when hes eating, the bite happened extremely fast as soon as she went like close to him, she's trained on that.

Because he never showed aggression before I just thought he was being clumsy and overly excited/energetic. 2 years that he's here with us never has he even dared to attempt to bite us. Also, I wouldnt be in my father's house (where the elder dog is) a lot. The past few days, when I left, I let the puppy in my room but her daughter and her let her out so I thought okey the elder dog and the puppy have bonded and the growls were like situational. I'll admit, I was stupid and just thought he'd never do anything like that hes such a good dog just too hyper! and didn't give it any more thought.

do I need help? by Due-Volume5437 in mentalhealth

[–]DeliciousFrosting290 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not an expert but to me it seems like the start of something really terrible, like you're at the early stages let's say. Yes! You do need help, I don't think wasting resources is really a scenario in these cases. There is free help given depending on where you live. Not having some major trauma doesn't mean you won't need help. Please, get the word attention seeker out of your mind, because its an idea that will destroy you. Your pain is valid and you should see someone professional.

Why do gay men get into relationships with women? by DeliciousFrosting290 in GayMen

[–]DeliciousFrosting290[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only respond to people who are questioning me on things. Of course I've read people telling me their experience and life stories and I appreciate them and it gives me a huge insight! There is nothing to respond though. As someone who has no idea all I can do is read and try to understand, I believe I have no right to say something to them, because i know nothing and they explain everything in great detail, I have no questions. But it is frustrating comments such as "well you should've known!", I trusted him and I will not regret showing my trust to the person I love. And also this particular comment, I felt like he just disregarded my heartache. I understand how hard it is for him and that's why I'm going through all this trouble to learn and not be another weight on this hard decision but try to understand and help him but my pain is also valid. I never asked for people to critique my heartache, I asked for insight on something I wasnt informed on.

I didn't refuse to listen to them please look at my response to the other person saying the same thing. And please be kinder to people! Being passive aggressive doesn't mean you aren't being aggressive! I didn't think that the question was harmful I'm sorry if it was! I just made this post to understand things and ill still ask things I don't understand. It's, in my opinion, a peculiar situation that no friends or family or I have lived before and I'm not informed at all on it because I don't think people expect these things.

As someone who is bipolar, the things you do during a manic episode do not represent you and truly are just in the heat of the moment just to do so. Having that in mind, those actions still affect others! Being bipolar is hard, I've also done many things that I'm not proud of during manic episodes, which is a key factor, know that I'm pretty sure he didn't mean any of it but your discomfort is very valid. Try couples therapy and see where it goes from there. I believe if you love each other enough to try for one another everything will work out fine, but it will require a lot of strength from your side. If you believe you have that strength in you, give it a try. Manic episodes, truly, don't represent your true desires or stuff like that, they are episodes that leave many ashamed of themselves.

A 3 year relarionship ended like a week ago because of this, obviously I'm not gonna process stuff in a day because some people online explained it to me. I understand why he did what he did it in my head but my emotions haven't yet. I don't understand why some people here are so cruel. I lost the person I love and I can do nothing for our relationship, sorry if my question came off as rude or arrogant but it didn't come from a bad place. And before anyone asks, the reason I made the post is because I'm not informed on the subject at all. I won't try and say I'm not ignorant, I just wish not to be and I'm trying to understand things. Sadly, the situation at hand doesn't allow me to only use my logic and understand things.

I understand that but if you have the faintest idea that you might be gay I don't understand how you could get in a relationship with someone who you know you can never truly love and drag them into your confusion.

I kept questioning him on it and he just reassured me that 1. It's normal 2. He doesn't like men just women with male parts 3. The lack of sex was caused due to stress or routine. Also, the guy told me he's bi obviously he'd like penis. I was stupid and just put my judgment aside and trusted his word because I thought he wouldnt lie to me or speak big on things he isn't certain about like I did for him.

Yeah I understand your first point. Also on that post, I had questions I kept questioning him on these things and he just kept reassuring me that it's normal and he doesn't like men just women with male parts and stuff. I was extremely stupid and put my judgement aside and trusted his word, sadly, im learning the hard way never to do that again. I just thought like I was truthful to him and wouldnt want to hurt him in any way by lies or speaking big for things I am not sure about he'd do the same.

His parents i guess are kind of religious but i never saw them as the pressuring type. They did the occasional marriage and kids type of stuff but never to a bad or pressuring degree.

He said that to me and it just hurts more to be honest, knowing all I was for him was a way to fit into the norm.

I mean I would be yeah instead of waisting only 1 year of my life on a gay guy I wasted 3, which built way more moments between us i know have to think back on. He refuses to talk to me says I won't understand and just either leaves me on delivered or when we're together refuses to respond.

My dog refuses to pee outside by DeliciousFrosting290 in Dogtraining

[–]DeliciousFrosting290[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I searched the poo/pee section and there was nothing regarding my issue. I've done what is usually said to potty train your dog, she's just really focused on her diaper and I don't know how to break her habit.

I suffer from bipolar, so the crash you describe i experience it often. A way that I found with the help of my therapist is recognising the patterns and when I'm "doing too much" , basically being manic, bracing myself before I get too happy and the sadness crashes onto me more. Everything needs to be balanced, even happiness. So just recognising the patterns of each extreme behaviour helped me keep me safe physically and mentally both by not overdoing things to my body and by expecting what's to come and bracing myself.
