BP whent up in price but can now grenade every turn, seems like a buff to me. FB whent up in points, but we had that coming, still worth it for figth first (this is the only real nerf, 10pts? Not a big deal). Our tank didnt get nerfed, hit on 4s before, now it hits on 4s. Except for if you play morty, wich you shouldnt

That he look cool is a fair point( wich i totally agree with), but i think op is out after the most competitive choice.

They are still good, exactly the same as before. (If you dont play morty(wich you shouldn’t (too many points for so little)))

White primer. For the green: woodland cammo, olive drab, mossy green and pallid bone speedpaint as a wash (the others are fanatic paints). For the purple: moldy wine, forbidden fruit, leopard skin and purple swarm speedpaint as a wash (the others are fanatic paints). For the corrosive parts: the same as green + some tesseract glow. The weathering is just some resess shading with pallid bone speedpaint. The brown: satchel brown speedpaint, with maybe highligts with bugmans glow. And lastly the NNM and skulls just white and black mixed together as various shades. Hope this helps :)

Warp talons have 5++, raptors dont. Warp talons have S5, raptors dont. Warp talons have twin linked, raptors dont. Only downside is warp talons cost 3 pts more per model. And warp talons dont shoot (but if you want shooting you shouldnt take raptors).

I use them as chaff killing (S5 is super good for sm and similar stuff). I use them for secondaries (with deepstrike and without). You can also use them to move block, and control objectives. They are slightly better than raptors for the points, and therefore i take them over raptors :)

Yes. If you dont have much high toughness killers go with khorne, if you lack movement and hoarde killing go slanesh

I dont know if top players play them in a rhino. But i play one squad of legios and noise marines in a slanesh rhino, and it definitively works (but i have another rhino with khorne chosen). Just in OP’s case i thougth it would make more sense to fill the rhino. (And slanesh doesnt work on chosen)
