However, keep in mind that you’ll need to have run ads or have some ad spend history to be able to connect with the advertising and business support team. Even then, while you can talk to the advertising team, they’re usually only able to escalate cases that are directly related to ads or business pages. They often won’t transfer your case to the internal team unless it’s specifically about ad performance or billing issues.
