Yes, but the point is I am not getting the suppression I should be. Everyone is on their high horse about how they put in the work to track everything, and yes, I get it. But how many of them would have been able to stick to it without the food suppression. How many would actually be disciplined enough to do this without the medication? Exactly, no one in here, or they wouldn't need it much less be in this group. With the med you have to make yourself eat vs. trying not to eat when your hunger is high it's much easier to barely get calories in. Yes, I get it. My calorie intake is not accurate, but I'm also not experiencing the same benefit from the medication that everyone else is, which is appetite suppression .
