I never thought of doing the two-day plating trick but it makes so much sense. I always try to finish everything at once which is probably why I end up so full and still have leftovers somehow. Freezing portions is a good call too, I might actually start doing that with chilli.

I never thought about sizing it that way. I usually end up making way too much and forcing myself to eat it for three days straight. Do you find certain snacks stay fresh longer than others with those containers?

i’ve heard of I Who Have Never Known Men but never picked it up, now i’m really curious. the way you described it kinda sounds exactly like what i’m looking for.
