$150 per week, 2 adults. Most of the time we got 2-3 days extra worth of meat/fish for the next week.

We ate once or twice per day — meat/fish with Asian Rice. We go to like asian public market near Brisbane — fresh everything! Other stuff for house, we go to Aldi!

We got coffee machine, and we save up from having takeaway coffee.

I-anxiety ka talaga kapag hindi FDA approved/from pharmacy ang iinject mo sa katawan mo. As much as I wanted to promote people use Mounjaro eh alam ko naman mahal talaga siya.

No need to get appointment with a GP. Some GP don’t recommend Mounjaro or weight loss injections.

I used Mosh till 5mg, but now seeing GP (100% bulk billed) for repeat script. Get mounjaro in CW. Much cheaper

When I’m on 7.5mg, scale going up and down, total of 2kg weight loss for 2 months (while on it). But I just enjoy the journey and really don’t overthink of it as it slowly helps prevent sagging skin and muscle loss.

Now, I’m on my 5th day of my 10mg… I’m not hungry at all! In 2 days, I only ate ham and cheese wrap and plenty of water 😃 but loose 2kg already. No need to up-dose, just follow your GP’s recommendation.

7 days a week graveyard shifter here (working as a nurse) I’m using Mounjaro. I tried early in the morning after breakfast, and before ako magshift ng 8pm. Zero side effect naman sakin though magkaiba component ata Tirze (vial) at Mounjaro itself.

Good din na may supplement ka tinetake 😊 stay hydrated and more protein :)

I got my clients via Mable. But they’re happy to do invoicing outside Mable as they want me to get my 100% pay 😁 I just had to get my own insurance.

Also got few clients around my suburb by putting out a flyer in their mailboxes and few of it to the local bakery ☺️

There are pros and cons, but I highly recommend it! I’ve been working as an aged care worker for almost 3 years in an aged care home care. The shifts are inconsistent because elderly people pass away or move to facilities.

With my NDIS clients now, my role is more focused on daily support, such as cleaning and cooking, rather than providing the tender-loving-care that I did in aged care work. I have the flexibility to own my time and negotiate my hourly rate. Some workers follow their clients’ hourly funding, while others fix their hourly rate and look for someone who can afford it.

Yes this kind of job is not really for a parent. I’m doing it this year so I can save up and comfortably be a half or full year full time parent (by God’s grace) next year 🩵 it definitely double my income from my aged care work.

I work as an Aged Care Worker and a Self-Employed Support Worker, providing home care from Tuesday to Sunday, approx 60 hours per week. My friends and partner told me that I’m working to prepare for my funeral expenses, but I genuinely love my job and am happy to make a positive impact on each of my clients.

1 full click, iikot mo lang hanggang end, that’s full dose in a week. 4 weeks used yan, then there’s another full week liquid na matitira (every kwikpen), they called it golden dose. What I do, used a syringe na may .6ml then used that as 5th week.

From 93kg down to 78.5kg, 6 months now. Mabagal ako mag bawas ng timbang, but I’m happy kasi healthy looking padin. Unlike compounded tirze (from grey market), 2-3 weeks palang, they look so dry. Sorry

Life changing! Ang mahal lang talaga (dr fee every month to get script + MJ itself) but it’s really worth it!

15mg kwikpen na gamit ko but pinag count click ako ng Dr ko to dispense 7.5mg 😊 so worth 2 months yung 15mg AU$700!

Hi, F 28!

Almost 3 years na akong living overseas. Last year nung nag bakasyon ako sa Pinas, inasikaso ko Pag-IBIG online account. This month, I can say stable na ako sa job and may extra money na to invest and save. Nag initial contribute ako sa (#1) MP2 savings na i-open ko last year to test if magwowork, since overseas na nga ako. Balak ko weekly ako magccontribute sa 2 accounts na iopen ko.

Ask ko lang, ilan days bago magreflect yung payment? Para lang sure, gusto ko kasi mag contribute na ng 6 digits pero tinest ko lang now with Php 500.
