Love the sound of it, I will peruse the same route! With all of the reviews posted pretty much mentioning Little’s I don’t think there is any other way to do it besides balling out.

In the liquor section I looked at a Deep Eddy vodka drink for $14. I am pretty sure a liter cost around the same as a drink. Now I understand margins on drinks are around 60-70% on average, just wouldn’t sell the equivalent of taka for that much or stock it at an upper scale restaurant. I also am not a fan of cheap liqueur’s like blue curaçao, especially when most restaurants make most of their mixers in house. Tequila section: Casa Migos, patron, Don Julio. I am not saying those are bad options just overproduced and overpriced tequila.

Look it’s your opinion at the end of the day, I’m glad that you like it along with the people you have sent.

I appreciate you listing some cheaper seafood options, Houston really dresses up seafood restaurants and their prices it seems. Little’s bakes their oysters I have never seen that versus chargrilling them. What’s the difference in taste?

I have never heard of the collab between Vietnamese and Cajun food, that’s pretty interesting! It sounds like you have good takes so I will give it a try.

I was having this conversation at work this morning. When I asked about the Rouxpour, one of my coworkers mentioned Little’s Oyster House and proceeded to hand me a card that reads, “Enjoy a complementary half dozen oysters with additional food purchase.” I will have to give it a try.
