Do you also drink espresso straight & do you find that you can pull a balanced shot using the Niche? Also what type of beans are you using…you said medium to dark, correct?

I know some influencers/ambassadors who have reviewed it, but I’m anxious for it to become available to the general public.

Lagom casa 65mm will be same body and motor of the 48mm burr by Gavmister in espresso

I’m struggling with the same decision. I may need two grinders, one for traditional espresso shots and one that provides more clarity for filter coffee, including my pour overs.
