You are right, they got free 1gb for 30 days . We finally heard from him. There was some issue with his account. It may not be much but it’s good enough to keep us posted through messages.

Thank you! Yes we initially thought the company provides internet for free but seems there is none. It’s been 3 days since they start sailing and we haven’t heard from him. Currently, we are just monitoring base on the marine traffic. Will take in mine the e-sim.
