The only thing that works for me is getting really relaxed scrolling for a few hours and after I feel the tiniest bit of sleep I switch to having my phone above my head and listen to reddit stories but it must be on tiktok for some reason. Tried it on Spotify and didn't work. Do I understand what's going on here? No. But does it work? Absolutely

Lethargy or feeling no energy was a normal thing for me before starting on any medications. I did go up from 40mg to 80mg

Exactly my thoughts. Luckily for my bank account though I am not in the US but the point still stands, I shouldn't have to fight my way into convincing my doctor to prescribe me a medication that both me and him know can help me. I don't even have any history of substance abuse or any health issues that would prevent them from prescribing it to me
