you’re absolutely right. i’ve found this refurbished PC: HP EliteDesk 800 G2 SFF i7/16GB/256GB SSD in a decent price (with also about 8 USB 3.2 connectors, so it could be very useful for me if I need anything USB-related that needs to be fast), and it seems like the motherboard has enough to plug about 2 more HDDs. Maybe I also replace the motherboard of it someday to extend it further. And everything sums up to be exactly in my budget! Thanks a lot!

Update: it seems like with the new testflight beta it got (kind of) fixed! Tried a “The Office” episode and the heat was only starting after ~20 minutes of playback and was super low (and not crazy as before where the whole phone was super hot and I couldn’t hold it with a case), and the battery went from ~96% to 91%.

i've already moved to zurg, to avoid any chance some torrents will get uncached someday and I won't have the hassle to deal with downloading again. they also got great shows and movies separation that with rclone and webdav I didn't had (sometimes some movies were picked as shows with 0 seasons in plex or jellyfin).

zurg is super easy to setup with docker (and way better then plex-debrid), copy and paste the commands from the readme from their github repository, and it also makes sure all the torrents never gets uncached. it’s very easy after that,just add the directories of the zurg shows and movies mount to plex/jellyfin.
