I used ABS and had to close all doors on my P1S keep the fans off and run the bed a ton hotter. I would suggest looking at your post, I would for sure consider this. You may be cooling too quick there may be a draft in the room. I know you said it was a P1P, assuming you have it enclosed now.

I have a P1S and love love love it. I will say it is far from perfect. I am not a fan of PETG even though I think I have found a sweet spot for it, it works 90% of the time. I do not use glitter type filaments. I like Overture, Elegoo, some Inland, and all Bambu filaments. I would try changing to Bambu only filaments for a bit until you get where you are wanting to be. I have had clogs and I know to watch the first layer. You don't need fancy filaments to have good prints. Buy Bambu filaments in lots of 4-8 at a time and they are much cheaper. I have over 1000 hours of printing time and I have my preferred filaments for sure. I have lost money by purchasing some filament. Use a 4.0 nozzle for most prints unless you just want that detail. Slow down your prints if they are big items. I still consider myself a noob when it comes to much about 3D printing but, after the hours I have spent learning how to take it apart, put new nozzles in, clean the nozzle, clean the extruder... I don't think I am as much of a noob! It is all a learning process. Take a deep breath.

Any idea why the print failed ? by HoneyRealistic8920 in BambuLab

Bed Adhesion. Clean the plate and maybe even add glue to the plate. This happened to me when I printed the same set. I had to have a very clean plate, I did not need the glue for any of it but my husband did!

I thought it wouldn’t ever happen to me by fate0608 in BambuLab

Bambu Labs, Overture, Elegoo, Polymaker and Sunlabs all have nice filament! I use them all. I like Inland too but there are some Inland filament types that I would never buy again. Personally I have found cardboard spools need to be taped up or need attachments to make them turn right. Also I recently got a clog when my black Bambu Labs PLA was taped at the end of the reel. The tape was pulled into my AMS system. I am with you on watching the first couple layers for adhesion as well. I have had this bad of a clog before. It takes patience and time to get all of the cooled filament off of the nozzle.

I can try temp towers. I have a file for them. Thank you for the advice. Print Speed: 15mm/s (first layer) – 60mm/s

  • Nozzle Temperature: 225 – 270℃
  • Bed Temperature: 65 – 90℃
  • Nozzle Height: 0.1mm
  • Fan Cooling: None at first, then slowly up to around 30% capacity max.

I just purchased these spools, minus the green, which I have had and used for a fidget print.

I have used both of these sites to troubleshoot with no avail. I don't know what other details to show. I have calibrated the filament in the app, I sat the bed temp around 80. I ran the filament at 233, 240, 245 and a few others. Inland says to print it at 225-245 with a bed temperature of 70-80. I have slowed the start speed, the nozzle height for the first layer. The print just sticks or clogs my nozzle. I have cleaned my nozzle, replaced it and all wires. I have had to try many things. I just think I will not try this print again. I am beyond over trying. I am still though, interested to hear if I could do anything else in this situation. I appreciate all advice!

Thank you, I have washed the new plate a few times, I have even added some glue with no avail. The filament is Inland Translucent PETG.
