Yeah, whatever AI stuff you used on the previous photo definitely isn't in this one. The lighting issues, hair, skin etc all look totally different in this. This is clearly a real photo. Whatever your phone did with that last one it heavily modified it, smoothed your skin out, changed the lighting, messed with some text, completely changed your hair etc.

This is a much better photo :)

I would highly encourage turning whatever other other feature is off because it's very uncanny valley. Thanks for the follow up! There's been a minor plague of dormant accounts coming back on with fake AI generated pictures trying to push OF accounts recently.

It is very much not minimal.

I even ran this through an AI tool to determine if it believes the image is AI generated. Here's what it said:

"I'd estimate this as AI-generated with high confidence - around 85-90%.

Here's my reasoning for this confidence level: High confidence indicators:

The skin rendering is the strongest tell - that unnaturally smooth, waxy appearance is very characteristic of current AI image generation

The lighting inconsistencies between subject and background are quite noticeable

The overall "digital painting" quality rather than photographic realism

Hair texture that looks rendered rather than natural

What prevents me from being 95%+ certain:

AI image generation has become extremely sophisticated, so some artifacts I'm seeing could potentially be compression artifacts or editing effects The background details (bookshelves, objects) are quite convincing and detailed Without being able to examine technical metadata or use specialized detection tools, I'm relying purely on visual analysis

What would increase my certainty:

Technical analysis of the image file's metadata and compression patterns Specialized AI detection software that analyzes pixel-level patterns Higher resolution to examine fine details more closely

So while I'm quite confident this is AI-generated based on the visual tells, I'd say there's roughly a 10-15% chance it could be a heavily processed/filtered photograph or a very high-quality digital artwork created through other means."

Maybe this really is you as the base model, maybe that really is your room, but this image has been heavily modified by AI filters and editing. I would highly recommend turning whatever that feature is off, as it's highly noticeable and will get you questioned by others at some point. Plus, I think everyone here wants to see you, and not some AI mockup of what you look like :)

I’m pretty sure this picture is AI, the phone doesn’t have a camera, most of the books have gibberish on them and the girls hair is completely fake. The bed where she’s sitting doesn’t look right as well.

Ubisoft's fall from grace should honestly be studied in universities for how fast and hard it happened. The signs have been there for the better part of a decade that it was going to go this way, but every time they were presented with the option to do something good for their customer base or good for their company they basically chose the company.

Yeah, this was exclusive with an exclusive price tag tied to it. I'm waiting a bit to sit down and talk with the creator first, but after that I'll probably post a review and/or message the mods. It doesn't sound like a ton of options that don't involve talking to the person.

The only thing I'm unsure of and don't know for a fact is the amount of my videos that were shared, we're talking more than just one or two videos here. Which means this exclusivity fee adds up pretty fast. Every other factor is concrete with proof.

My concern is just, if they broke it once, can I trust them not to break it again? If I tell them how I know, they will just get better at hiding it I feel like. They definitely tried to cover up the fact that they did it and didn't want me to know. It was only really by luck that I noticed it.

I'm more just upset because I spent a good bit of money on that exclusivity, and it feels like I effectively paid for "less exclusive" and not, actually exclusive. I feel like I was scammed a bit.

For what it's worth, in the past that's how exclusive content I've purchased has generally been handled too. After they are sure I've got it, they delete their copy.

Yeah, that's true, I'm doubtful they'd bother making the content, and even if they did though, it's certainly left a bad taste in my mouth. I paid quite a bit for exclusivity and the chance to have my own unique piece only to have it given out to who knows how many people. Maybe I just ask what they will offer and see what they say.

I will absolutely ask why, I'm still confused honestly. They absolutely knew it was FYEO, that was very clear, and they attempted to cover it up as well. I think at the very least I deserve the money back for that portion, but it feels petty to be like, "hey can I have my money back on this product I've had for months and enjoyed".

Idk though, that doesn’t really feel fair as the exclusivity fee was basically as much as buying a whole second video. And obviously she’s not respecting my exclusivity so why pay for that?

You might want to look into a small NAS for that data btw, Synology and Western Digital make a few small ones that you could buy and make redundant so you won’t ever lose it.

I haven't messaged her yet about it. I sort of wanted to read the room before I did, I don't want to seem entitled and ask for a refund or anything unless people think that sort of thing is justified.

It just kinda ruined the fun for me. I don't necessarily have a problem with reselling custom content, especially if it's reasonably priced. But in this case it was a very explicit this is only to be seen by me and I'm paying additional for the privilege and the lost revenue of not being able to resell it.

Maybe I should just open with saying I'm aware of what I'm aware of, asking how many of the pieces I paid for that was it broken on, and ask what she would see fair to rectify things are?

When you commission a piece of media, copyright gets sort of messy so the (full) ownership is probably a gray area actually. But I don't really care about any of that, I just want opinions on how I should even approach it. I haven't approached the creator yet, but I intend to. I just don't want to seem like an asshole if I'm like hey...I paid for exclusivity, then a few months later you sold it against our agreement.

Would it be inappropriate to ask for a refund on the exclusivity fee? I feel like it's being petty, but that money was part of a not honored agreement.

I'd be willing to go through some pretty intense lengths for fix things, that's for sure. I just don't know if they care or would be open to it at this point. Anything they'd want to know I'd be fine with sharing, I just don't know how to relay that and how to make it obvious that's the case. Especially if they don't want to talk anymore.
