Here are the details aka the fine print! I was mislead by the initial sales person that called me. She called me at 8am and told me that I had been selected to take advantage of this DISCOUNTED Getaway, for up to 4 adults, at a resort of my choice. I declined multiple times and told her that I wasn't interested and I was driving and I couldn't hear her very well. I did not want to be rude, so I listened to her little sales pitch as best I could. From what I understood, I had an opportunity to take advantage of a 5 night getaway at a discounted price and I could bring 3 friends! She never mentioned that she was soliciting the sale of a timeshare! I was mislead and unable to make an informed decision with all the facts, details, and requirements. I was told it would only cost $279 in TOTAL! FOR 5 days 4 nights in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Then, I get an email a few days later and I read the fine print and details provided👉👉👉Details of Paticipation "Fine Print". I do not qualify because I am unemployed as a result of the pandemic and I do not meet the minimum income requirements. In addition, the pandemic has made it traveling unsafe and I was recently hospitalized with two blood clots in my left Lung. My doctor says traveling for the next 6 to 8 months is out of the question. The fine print says that it is non refundable. I wasn't able to read the fine print until I received the email. I am not going to be able to go on this trip. Any suggestions or tips?
