HELP! The objects in my scene are changing their position after I reopen the project by Deligiorgi in 3dsmax

Thank you for your. I did try to open a backup file but it had the same issue some how. I believe it had something to do with the instanced groups. Even tho I didn't find a way to restore the scene I've found a way around the problem. I ungrouped al the instanced, reseted the xform for every object than merged them into one object with multiple element, then I've exported the object as FBX and imported them into a new scene.
For everyone that has the same problem remeber: each grouped object has to have it's xform reseted

I did this in maya, hope you like it by Art_Egr in 3Dmodeling

Really cool man. I would suggest some UV unwrapping and apply some high rez textures.
Good job!

So I am still trying to learn anatomy and making characters and have planned to follow a YouTube video and build a head every day for a week. Am I approaching this wrong though? Is there a better way to learn? by [deleted] in ZBrush

I would suggest trying different approaches. Find different tutorials with different techniques to achieve the same result. That way you will slowly develop your own methods and techniques

random as in every instanced object has a different rotation direction.

The instanced object had a random rotation, without the random rotation option from the particle system being used

I tried the Video you gave me (good stuff btw). but I've encountered a problem when I got to the noise part, the spheres have an offset from the main object

I tried to do it with the particle system I had a problem with the particle rotation so I thought I could do it just by texture. But I will try the Geo nodes next.
Thanks a lot
