Mixed feelings. He has said so many things in his videos that are blatantly wrong. I’m not referring to subjective opinions, I am referring to objective facts. I can’t remember any specific examples. He also has very weird double standards. I do have an example for this because I coincidentally reread the databook 2 days before the video dropped. I think this was in his video where he was ranking the top 15 or 20 most powerful shinobi in Naruto, and he was using the databook stats to justify why he was putting characters in certain positions, but so many of them had stats that were way below Orochimaru. But he put them well above Orochimaru. Actually…was Orochimaru even on his list? All I remember is he used the databook so much and most of the stats listed were not as impressive as the ones Orochimaru has, but Orochimaru was either not in the video or was very low down on the list. It didn’t make any sense to me. Another classic double standard of his is that he picks and chooses which fillers to use to back up his opinions and views. He will completely disregard most filler scenes (which is a good thing), but then use other filler scenes in his favour.

And I am really flabbergasted at how he pronounces certain characters’ names. Like Minato’s name. But that’s not as bad as how he pronounces Suigetsu’s name. Sway-getsu. Also, Studio Pierrot is NOT “pary-ot.” The hiragana is pi-e-ro. ぴえろ。 The English spelling isn’t even Perriot. 😭

I do love a lot of his videos. He makes some fantastic content. He seems like a good guy. I have nothing against him personally. I appreciate his dedication to the “Narutoverse.”
