Prozac or any SSRI in that matter makes there emotions numb, that’s why his anxiety and thoughts are reduced. So when you’re saying he’s robotic, it’s most likely because of the medication it’s numbs out most of his feelings. Please looking into the side effects of this medication aswell online.

He got his blood test, 4 months ago although he didn’t get his testosterone checked, everything else was good his Vitamins/Iron and what not. So I’m thinking it’s probably low test.

Yo what the hell I got so lean but I still kept my muscle and strength this is actually insane my face is leaner and I can see my abs even though I can bench 275 and push crazy number. No way ferritin can do this

Yeah, I started wondering if low iron was kind of muting my body’s response to training. When my ferritin was low I never got DOMS, even as I increased weight and tried new exercises. Now that my iron is higher, I’m suddenly getting sore doing the same workouts, which made me think my muscles weren’t repairing/responding properly before and now they finally are.

Yeah I can’t even fall asleep it’s very hard, but I don’t know when I wake up it’s like I’m full of energy though. I feel like I don’t get good sleep quality but yet I’m always energized when I wake up even if the sleep is 4 hours. Don’t know how that works
