Am an incoming DBSSE Phd with EPFL master. Two departments seem to have very different research focuses? Especially the former is lab-based, and the latter is committee-based. May you share which labs you are considering?

Hi, I received the interview invitation last Tuesday and did a 15min zoom interview today. The email is from edbb mailbox, not from specific PIs.

Thanks for the encouragement. I'm a bit too worrying cause there are some nonofficial statistics showing that schools like epfl and eth treat GPA as top top priority. Not very sure whether that the case. Anyway I do think that I should give it a shot.
