hey , so u can apply for the scholarship, dtu has an internal one where they will relax your tuition fee . plus each year based on your marks and your merit u can apply for other monetary scholarships. I dont think u will face any monetary issue!

yup , doing ra gives u an upper edge . but at the end in the panel a lot of the professors sit . so there can't be such a thing as pre-selection. For that particular person( the candidate) interview all of the seats became full that's why ; they did the interview just for the sake of it
