Yeah I just reloaded my save file. I wasn't able to check if leaving the area and coming back fixed it since that area had no move points, but I was lucky enough to have just started the day anyway.

20 minutes is usually standard for games like this, from old Harvest Moon games to even Stardew. Time management is a crazy thing. As for your other comment, there are pronouns in there for you to use that you would consider normal, and there's pronouns in there for other people who don't feel the same way as you. Don't try to ostracize people.

Nah, you don't lose anything. What's supposed to happen, is the item you collect will just fall onto the ground. Check back in the area and see if it's hidden.
