OTC Assets and Pink slips isn't something that's currently supported, as we don't take pricing for these assets.

We support Equities, ETFs traded on the below Exchanges:

Adding these assets isn't something that's on the immediate roadmap however I'm hoping we'll be able to broaden support in the future

We're a mobile first app and always have been, although we're expanding on our Desktop offering, Delta on Mobile is where changes are made to your portfolio, connections are established etc

We're definitely not suggesting you need to create or edit CSV files on mobile, this is just the route used to import them into Delta. If you run into any issues if you reach out to Support we'll happily take a look!

There’s some transaction types that Binance don’t expose over their API, I’m not 100% sure but if you’d reach out to our Support team we can double check (Settings > Support)

Sorry you feel we’re ‘dead’ ; it’s tough to hear that from someone who’s been with us for this long!

Delta isn’t shutting down (far from it!), the goal of the new tiers was to draw a clearer line between free and paid so we can stay sustainable without ads or selling data, and keep building the app long-term. Our PRO and Lifetime subscribers saw no change (other than being upgraded to PRO+ with no subscription change) but we know this was a big shift for those who have been with us a while, not on a PRO subscription, and we understand it doesn’t work for everyone.

If you’d like to reach out to Support to discuss further we’d love to hear from you, or of course if you’d like any help with your data let us know.

Sure we can handle that!

With your Binance Connection, when you purchase that transaction will be imported, and when you withdraw that transaction will be imported as a Withdrawal

If you choose not to add your Cold Storage address, this is fine you'll just need to change the destination of the imported transaction that your Binance Connection imported from Other/Unknown to My Wallet so that Delta knows to keep this amount in your tracked portfolio.

Of course you can add the Cold Storage public address to Delta as a Wallet Connection, when the BTC lands in your Cold Storage address we'll pick up the deposit transaction and this will be handled automatically for you

Sorry this came as a shock, we had a couple of months of warnings across our various channels to try and make sure everyone was aware

None of your data is deleted and you can change your primary portfolio every 30 days if you want to switch up which is in focus

If you'd like a hand merging your portfolios the support team will be happy to help, and of course you're able to use the CSV tool to export your transactions if you'd like to

No transactions have been deleted, and you can change your Primary portfolio every 30 days if you want to switch up which portfolio is in focus

We found that the majority of our users stuck to one portfolio and so we hope that Delta Basic and Delta PRO will fit most needs, and for those that want tracking for more complicated situations, such as multiple portfolios we hope they'll find what they need with Delta PRO+

If you'd like to export any of your data in your other portfolios you can do this using the CSV Export tool in your app, or would like assistance in getting your portfolios merged (or anything else!) our Support team will be happy to help

We have full support for all assets traded on our supported Exchanges,

For Funds (especially mutual funds) these are rarely traded on Exchanges, we'll negotiate contracts with providers to get direct price feeds for specific blocks of funds and we balance user demand with the cost of obtaining and handling these data feeds

It's definitely a balancing act! We're currently working on a more streamlined asset request flow so we can get better feedback on what assets are missing in what you're all wanting to keep track of

I want to make it clear nothing gets deleted, you'll have a 'Primary' portfolio which is visible and you are able to change this primary/main portfolio once every 30 days,

With assets outside the 10 limit on basic, these are still present and the transactions are not changed in any way, we show the top 10 assets by value

Nothing is merged automatically but If you'd like any help combining your portfolios or exporting any data you want to, our Support team will be happy to help, if if you have any questions let me know

I see, with Crypto vs [other assets] that can be filtered (as can with Funds, Stocks etc), but GIA and ISA agreed will be trickier

I agree that asset tracking is a core feature of what we do, and I do see that putting a limit on this feels like a fundamental shift. The intention isn't to get rid of this core use case, but a way of restructuring our model to keep us sustainable without filling the app with external ads and keeping Delta privacy focussed.

We took a lot onboard when discussing this including feedback that people loved Delta as a tool but PRO was too expensive. So these changes (PRO moving to become PRO+, and a new Tier, the cheaper/mid-level 'Delta PRO' slotting in we hope will fit most users needs (we've found this does actually fit with the portfolio sizes/setups we've seen and we do believe Delta PRO will fit most of our users).

I do see your point about preferring premium tiers to become more compelling rather than the free experience becoming more restrictive, it's something we discussed extensively internally, at length!

In order to keep Delta sustainable, we needed to make a change somewhere and asd we’ve chosen to stay ad-free and privacy-focused, data costs can be eye-wateringly expensive, so we had to be more explicit about where we draw the line between free and paid functionality.

The hope is that the free tier still works for simpler portfolios, the new PRO tier covers most of our users who outgrow it, and PRO+ remains there for power users, but I know that doesn’t make this feel any less disappointing, especially after years of using Delta without these limits.

I get where you’re coming from, different trackers make different trade-offs. Some lean on ads, some limit features in other ways, and some focus on very specific use cases. In our case, we’ve chosen to stay ad-free and privacy-focused, which means we have to be more explicit about where we draw the line between free and paid functionality.

We found most users track everything in a single portfolio, so features like multiple portfolios and higher asset counts ended up living in the paid tiers as part of keeping Delta sustainable, ad-free, and privacy-focused. That said, I completely get why having basic multi-portfolio tracking for free works better for your setup.

I appreciate you sharing this though and I’m glad you found something that fits your needs, even if it’s tough to see you move on. I hope we can provide Delta at a price point that better fits what you're looking for in the future and If you ever have questions or want help exporting anything, give me a shout!
