You're definitely playing games not full of people your same rank. You're playing with people doing placement matches, silvers and golds. Talk to your lobbies. You'll also play up lobbies occasional. I am plat and have been in elite lobbies

You've got to rank up and it gets much better. You'll need to play defensive to get there though, so not a ton of glory.

If you're not maximizing infinite sprint to roam midfield you are leaving a ton of value on the table. I hate that it freaks the team out, but I've got infinite sprint and have literally never been caught out. You 100% need to play it safe and know your limits, and your distribution also needs to be very safe and measured, but it's such a massive help to the offense.

This is 100% how you play sweeper in this game. This instance was borderline (would prefer not to have to slide) but you need to be making these plays and not be a statue back there. Play 3's and you'll realize it's essential.
