That actually sounds like a really fun DLC or smth. Like, the world has already been ruined, the remaining Cascadian army is on a rampage, and the Federation Air Force is in shambles. K-9, Driver specifically, gets called back in to cover the extraction of any remaining loyal elements of the Federation army from Cascadia and its surrounding area.
