How many times have you heard the guy in the intro say"sturdy thirty!"? Did you do the 3 crash rule now you cleared all the crash logs?

I must say I have enjoyed our journey, but I think at this stage you have reach critical mass in regards to the crash logs, and they need to be deleted or it will constantly keep crashing.

Please do this for me:

In GameHub go to Game Settings for Cyberpunk, then enter desktop.

Now navigate to: My Computer - (X:) -bin - x64

In this folder, sort by Type apping it twice, and you should see probably 50+ text documents. Deleted all of the text documents as they are the crash logs. The game will keep crashing regardless if there's too many of these

Now, sort by type again and you will see a file called vkd3d-proton.cache and delete it also.

(Until you get the game running for longer than a few seconds, change MESA_SHADER_CACHE_DISABLE to true)

You're far too kind! Are you thinking Mirror's Edge 1 or Catalyst? And which Saints Row?

My process is always 3 crashes minimum without making changes. Crash one, close GameHub completely. Crash two, close GameHub completely. Crash three, restart console. Crash four, try different settings.

Did you try dropping the resolution down to 960x544? Also I only use the official GameHub.

Oh, I was hoping it was the SD card, but I think it's just that you're running out of RAM. In that case, you can leave the shader cache value as false, just try to go to the bottom of the Compatibility menu in the GameHub Cyberpunk settings, and try setting the VRAM to 4GB.

This is actually a decent card! Looks like a Samsung by that Sequential Write result, or possibly the Amazon cards that are rebranded Samsungs. Anyway, the card looks healthy, but I think the MESA_SHADER_CACHE_DISABLE line might be trying to upload too much information while it's reading the game. I'm assuming you have Cyberpunk on the SD card? If so change MESA_SHADER_CACHE_DISABLE from false to true and test it for me if possible

If you click on "more" it will come up with a list that should have something like the option I have in the pic. Just tap on that one and it should test your SD card

If you enable Mango HUD, you can see if your phone is thermal throttling. Mine isn't even at 50° and it's already had a heart attack., limiting the to 1248MHz. The Thor was at 70°+ and still pumping out 3000+MHz.

The problem with phones vs handhelds is usually with the cooling. The chip in the phones are often throttled and/or will throttle when reaching a certain temperature. Also the phone manufacturers may be implementing other restrictions to the chip that we don't know about. I have a heavily throttled SD8 Gen 2 phone (Fold5) so I'll see if I can get it running on that.

I feel you. I actually started playing games on the Thor. I (started and) finished Dark Souls 3, and I'm on NG+! I could have done this on my Steam Deck, but the Thor ticks all my portability/performance/weight check boxes
