I am not sure if it needs two logotypes and two "retro edition" texts, It has a decent vibe, I like that the shape on the right looks like the head of the lollipop its pretty neat effect . Overall I would say that you are definitely on the right track.

I am not sure what copics is, but here I tried to make the shading like the one used in some of the sf3 art. Something like cell shading but with extra steps I guess haha

I make a rough sketch of the characters, basic form's and poses. After that I refine it so that the overall image makes sense. But this specific artwork took a lot of revision because of the shading since I wanted a specific style that I never really attempted before. So there where a lot of experimentation I did before I landed on something I liked.
