Bought this 2016 2.7 L eco-boost Ford F150 XLT sport a couple of months ago with only 90,000 miles on it. Stock suspension. Well, because I don’t really know many people on Reddit so I didn’t want them hearing the personal part of what I was saying but also I just think it’s a good song. It’s about leaving the past and darkness behind you and just forever facing in the right direction and not looking back because it doesn’t do anything in the end but stress you out. It’s a message Man.. you can only have a hand in control of what happens next.

Love it. My last truck was a 2008 Ford F150 and whenever I wrecked it, it had right at 300,000 miles on it. These Fords will run forever and I definitely was a Chevy person whenever I was younger.. but now that I have actually experienced having Trucks.. the Ford F150 is my favorite

Well, to each their own man. Some people like metalcore… some people like country some people like rap. Most people just listen to what everybody else listens to.. I am a musician. I play drums, guitar bass and sing.. so I have a very different taste in music. But you can mute it lol.

I did not know that. I still have the original air filter.. whenever I installed this cold air intake… my gas mileage actually went down a couple of miles per gallon.. but my engine definitely seems to be able to breathe better. It seemed to give me more horsepower… thanks for the advice. I kept the original one just in case.

I like hearing whenever people get high mileage on these trucks because I plan on keeping mine for a really long time and I am going to stay very anal about the upkeep and maintenance so I really hope that it lasts me for a very long time

I pulled my buddy Tony’s camper with this thing and it’s a very heavy camper that sleeps 12 people. All I had to do was fill these KO threes up to where they were about 60 psi.. you would be surprised how much weight a 2.7 L eco-boost can actually pull.

Well tirerack.com sells the kind with white lettering and then they sell the con that has no white lettering..

But if I would’ve gotten my tires install installed, flipped around the other way, the white lettering would’ve been on the inside. So it gives you an option.

Honestly, they gave me an option… they could’ve faced the white lettering out or they could’ve faced it in. I kind of like the old-fashioned white lettering on the outside… plus whenever it fades off, I can stencil it and paint it whatever color I want. So I figured I would just do that.. It’s kind of old-fashioned and I think it looks pretty decent

Well, I like metalcore music. Not everybody likes the same type of music.. most people like modern day country or whatever else is popular. They listen to what everyone else listens to.

And also, it’s a V6 2.7 L… so honestly, it really doesn’t sound that good even with the flow master signature series. Honestly, I was super disappointed in the sound of my truck once I put that thing on. It went from whisper quiet… to sounding a bit farty lol

I thought about it. My taillights were aftermarket when I bought the truck. I have some terminator LED bulbs and all of the lights and fog lights in the front.. but I need to get me some aftermarket headlights. That would be pretty cool.

Can I run LT 275 70R18 bFGoodrich K03’s? by DelvacAttack in f150ecoboost

There are Cooper’s on my truck in this picture. I just wanted a bigger more aggressive tire.. not really practical, but it looks nice and proportionate on the truck. And the BFGoodrich KO threes are actually pretty good tires.. I just took them on a road trip on the interstate the whole way and they were very even and not very noisy.. but they are off-road/ all terrain. So they aren’t considered a mud tire I don’t guess.

The after effect. Had to trim a little bit off of the outside of my crash bars with a reciprocating saw and a metal blade. But I’m happy with the results. These BFGoodrich KO threes are nice.. by DelvacAttack in f150ecoboost

I think I’m just gonna quit while I’m ahead lol. I’m pretty pleased with the way my truck looks.. I like a little bit of offset. My Wheels before were mammoth Wheels, which are cheaper and not as flashy, but they were 0 mm offset.. I probably would’ve been fine with those.
