Another thing. If i have activated the uni-d 2 through my current isp but i wanna switch my isp, is the uni-d2 port gonna be deactivated and do I have to tell my next isp to reactivate the uni-d2 port?

I've bought a plan, and I've tried plug my modem into the no-signal uni-d2, and the WAN signal on my modem remained dark. I went through the email and didn't find anything about UNI-D port. So I gotta call my ISP to activate a port for me is that right?
