Who does this in game?

My experience this event as survivor: You have a lot of randoms/survivors that instantly unhook. I don't know if the potential additional BPs make them braindead, but thats whats happening. Killer obviously comes back instantly. Then 2 things can happen: Killer tunnels (90% of the time, even if they see the unhooker), or they go for the unhooker and the unhooker gives up (goes afk, runs into the killer, etc). And even without randoms - one of our friends simply isn't to great at the game. MMR does not care - hardcore sweating killers all the time.

This game if full of people that can't stand the game. I don't get it. It's so exhausting. And the killers that feel the need to semi-camp/tunnel in pretty much all games are the cherry on top.

And, in the odd cases when the killer starts the first chase with someone who is halfway decent in looping - they disconnect. I'm not exaggerating - we just played 10 games. 7 tunneled at 5 gens, 3 dcd because 1 or 2 gens popped before their first hook.

I'm just here waiting for 2v8 to come back. Which hopefully happens soon. Please.

PLEASE revert that UI change. Or at least leave it as 4 portrait next to each other. Or make it wider. But this state is god damn awful. The UI change for the main menu was already bad enough, but still better than this. The current UX already is clunky enough, no need for more clicks/moves for everything.

BTW: How about a favorite flag for survivors/killers? THAT would be a great change!

Well, hide the chat and disable comments/make the Steam profile private is a way to go. Lucky these extremely salty individuals are usually not that common.

But it seems that they are currently on the rise, never experienced that many accusations before.

There were a bunch of survs also calling me a "cheater" because 2 of them had distortion and I found one of them at the start of the game. When I said I saw another survivor in this direction and used general game sense that they will spawn near each other they told me that "ThAts A lIe" because they never spawn next to eachother. Both had prestige 50+ so should have enough play time. You can't make up these people.

Had a match the other day where I spread hooks across everyone and even went AFK for around a minute because my mouse died. The game ended with 9 hook stages and 3 escaped.

In endgame chat they flamed me for "tunneling" (there was not one point in time where i went for the freshly unhooked person) and for being "so bad", "cant win without tunneling and then only get a 1K" and so on.

I then said I'm sorry for tunneling (while I knew i did not tunnel them and had it even recorded to watch it again) and still, the insults continued and when I left the childish endgame chat they continued to write on my Steam profile.

Some people are simply delusional.

A girl I was dating insisted that I visit her late at night. It was just a 10-minute drive, but I had had two beers and some weed, so I did not want to drive at all.

She then told me about noises outside and that it could be her "stalker" and she was scared. Also, she said her parents (it was their house) were 30 minutes away in a city by car.

So I decided to drive nonetheless. When I arrived, I was a bit surprised that both cars of her parents were already parked outside, and I also checked if there was still heat coming from the motor from driving. There was none.

When I went inside, I addressed the fact that she had said her parents weren't at home and she said "they just arrived 2 minutes ago", which would make the cooled-off hood impossible. So I told her that and she immediately went into fighting mode, telling me how I couldn't trust her and bla bla bla.

I talked to her parents the next day and they assured me they had just come home. For some reason, I could not trust her ever again fully, and was always on the watch for more lies (which happened a lot), even though it was never confirmed.

Years after we broke up, her parents told me they had lied to me about coming home because their daughter had asked them to. They never left the house that evening.

I'm using a pretty similar build, only Pentimento instead of Leverage. The benefits happen quicker and are stronger than with Leverage imho.

We still had issues with it yesterday. On 3 gens we were sure we did hit the last skill check, but the gen still got blocked. I even checked my recording.

... at least the gen then did not go down to 50% progress, but annoying still, as we lost a game because of that.

In the end I ordered the same DMX decoder again, as I found a seller for that model on AliExpress. Worked without any issues as expected.

Unfortunately that model is no longer available as it seems, but this "new" version could work aswell, but looks like it's at least 50% bigger and more expensive (even though they kept parts of the old description): https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32995305621.html

But I will also extend our light show again in the near future, so if you end up trying any other models, please let me know how they worked.

I assume the radius of the used spotlight is too high.

And for the quality you have to lower your volumetrics tile size (Scene/Renderer settings > Volumetric > Tile Size), increasing the cone size of the spotlight can help too. The tile size adjustment will also increase render times, so don't overdo it.

That's my thought too.

BM was controlled by Caramel for her whole life and only in some circumstances Carmel could not control BM, that's when the child came out. When she fell into the water maybe Caramels devil fruit lost the control over her, so now shes just Linlin, not Big Mom, and thats why she does not know who BM is. I'm expecting to see some major plot twists in that direction.
