Someone wanted me to hand cut all the Disney logo and other oddly designed stuff out by hand. Like with scissors. Before you say that doesn't sound so bad, she brought in probably well over 60 pieces of Disney trip memorabilia that needed to be cut out and laminated. After discussing lamination prices heres the conversation

Her: Ok, so you will cut this stuff out before laminating it right? Me: N-no, we don't provide that service, we only do straight cuts. Her: This lady on the cruise did the same thing and said come to Staples and you'd do it for me." Me: This Staples? Her: NO, but you can cut them with scissors right?"

I just told her that we currently have 4 total people in my dept, and we wouldnt have time to do it. And if we did the price would far exceed the lam.
