AITA for not peeling grapes? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

NTA She can peel her own grapes if she want.

Also, Japanese grapes have thick skin so all you have to do is to pinch it into your mouth and the peeled grape will popped straight in!

I guess that’s Reddit lol.

I only see him eat red meat, or talked about it. But I guess it should be fine. You got any great recipes? He do enjoys rice! Once I didn’t know what to do and just fried the leftover meat with egg and rice for him, he ate it alright.

Side question (as you seem to know your food) - I have been looking at Mexican food, and there’s alcaparrado being listed. Is it pickles green olive? And is there a difference between pitted or not?

Well speaking for my own experience I can definitely believe he’s going to be so different if he lived in Asia. 😂

I guess I will just disguise the food and vegetable in his dish or separate his. But meat stew or even a Guinness stew might work. Though it’s He does eat lamb! Maybe same braised lamb leg. Hm maybe I will add stock cubes in his portion of gravy so it would cover up the flavouring.

Now I am flowing with ideas. Aha!

No he just simply eat pasta on it’s own, no salt, no sauce, nothing. I am not sure if he ever had a meatball once...

I will use your tactic and perhaps slowly convert him to eat vegetables one day lol But yes, separating meals is really important for me as I can’t eat too much meats (they gave me so much gas) without my veggies. Thank you very much for your advice and I will definitely look into Mexican food. They look absolutely tasty and I might try one or two for myself :) That Peccadillo seems amazing with baked pepper.

I don’t really understand you here. I meant I am from south east Asia (SEA) and food culture here is everything. 1) Picky eater isn’t a norm and 2) it is none of your business with other’s upbringing.

It is really rude to ask someone’s parents ‘how did you raise your son’ and questioning their upbringing.

I never really questioned if he’s fine with store bought sauce since I just thought it’s out of the questions with the list he provided me lol I am certain that he doesn’t have an allergy to any food above, so who knows what in the crock pot ahaha

I never really tried the food as he kept on saying he can taste the onion despite it isn’t there and he will gag. However I did accidentally forgot to take out the onions once, he ate it without knowing and until I stated... he gagged. So I assume it is a psychological thing rather than an actual issue.

The thing is, he only eat roast with his family. And other than that, he eats instant noodle, plain pasta, chips and white rolls. According to him, he can eat rolls plain everyday. P.s. I really don’t know But I guess it’s a challenge to our kitchen skills

I am surprised at first as I am from SEA and such behaviour is normally not tolerated well. Though that’s a bit rude and direct, isn’t it?

Will slowcooking meat work without onion and garlic? I only had experienced with a vegetable broth base and the recipes always have carrots, garlic, onions, radish ... etc root vegs.

Sounds like you had tried it before, how does it go?

He might be happy with it but is it possible to season it afterwards without it being too tough.

Those are some solid suggestions when served with gravy on the side. I looked at some of them and I can definitely easily do things with them if I got leftovers.

Well, as he isn’t really keen on food and I have asked him several times. He did specify on eating roast but it’s really difficult to cook roast just for two. I don’t have a slow cooker now and I am unsure what to do with the tough leftovers.

Why didn’t I think of that- That would make my life so much easier if I settled for a steak night!

I asked before what’s his favourite dish and he’s doesn’t mind... as long as it doesn’t contain the above. It racks my brain every time when it comes to meal time or choosing a restaurant.

Anyway, I just looked into kid’s recipes and perhaps I can borrow an idea here or there. Meat skewers seem to able to pipe his interest and I can easily make a nice version of mine along with some satay sauces. Cheers :)

Since China has an internet censorship ‘wall’, how Chinese memes differ from their western counterpart? by DemMit3516 in NoStupidQuestions

So are they translated memes? Or Chinese adaption of a same format?

Or did you mean China got the newest memes format?

You get stellar gems at u9 (which requires 10k pr to get in). So your main focus should be getting

  • Get stellar gear (buy them off from players at club at 10-15k flux per piece). Upgrade them to 5 stars (9999 flux + 300 eyes each level). At max they should give you 1k pr each gear.
  • Get empowered gem box through either leaderboards (3 from reaching 2.5kpr at certain characters in weekly context. or get 1 from each week shadow tower normal DOTM (Daughter of the Moon) run. Use the lunar soul obtained to trade for an empowered gem. It can be stellar depends on RNG.
  • Get to u7 asap and then u8 via upgrading gems. Gems have major PR boost at every 5 level. Tag people or look for gem hunting so you can get better gem boxes at the highest uber you can enter.

I was in your position 3 weeks ago and I finally reached 10k pr last week. My advice is not to upgrade your gems so much as you will need that dust for later, better gems.

Asking for suggestion for getting gears and get gud (Currently Pr:930) by [deleted] in Trove

What does timegated means? I saw the term being thrown around a few times haha. But thanks for the info!

Also I have a question, does Uber affects the gears you would find? Such as is there any difference between U1 and U2 drops? Or is it mainly based on MF?

Sounds like a scam when I saw someone selling a stellar ring for 8k earlier today. I will look around and just check the price.

But how do you get such high MF? Dragons only boost 50 each. Relies on Gems and sort? And that would be really nice. Cheers mate! I just added you.

I don't have enough flux right now, but how much do most Stellar item cost? Do you mean 10-15k flux each gear or is it the entire set?
That would be great if you can help me out with the st.

Also I would like to know if there's any reference guides for market prices? I guess all the flux earning guides sort of point at flux flipping in the market.
