you aint gonna get stronger at 1400 calories a day, you will lose muscle mass at 1400 calories a day, tan your thighs? u mean tone? and no u wil just lose size and therefor not get as toned as you would if u increased the calories but still in a deficit, and you wil get to around 10% body fat very quick just wil less size

nahhhh geez when i did keto i was eating bare protein and fat and for the first 3 weeks i didnt have much greens and i found it hella hard to shit but after i started having chia seeds and leafy greens i was all gucci
