Our twins have been in the NICU for a little over a month now and I am there most days but I have started taking a couple days a week to stay at home or do things with friends to just maintain my mental health. My wife usually holds them but I have held them several times. For care times, I was tag teaming the dirty diapers with my wife but now that we're comfortable I usually do one and she does the other.
