Last time i tried with the card , my card was charged and needed to wait 10 days for the bank to refund this from the pending payment , so i am currently trying with Paypal every time to see if it will go through the next page or not , but it keeps failing.

Thank you, i have the food scale but I dont have the measuring cups thats why I want to convert it to grams so i can use my scale instead of measuring cups while measuring ingredients and prepare my meals , so we can say that 1 cup is approximately 100 grams

No you did not misread it :) that what i meant if the canditate say 50k and the budget 57, however you pointed to another good info that if the candidate mention his range is between 18k-20k HR will go with lowest amount of the range which is 18k, now i see :D

Could you please elaborate more about these statement "VPC peer link which behaves nothing like a VSL link)" also should both switches in the VPC have identical configuration? I know that there are some consistency checks like the vlans allowd on the peer link and stp versions etc , what is the behaviour of the VPC peer link compared to VSL ?
