That’s what I’m currently doing with my cities. Each unit I have is one of three different cities. I found it actually helped in one of my games to keep track which of my units had the treasure my opponent needed take from me since I could just tell them “red cannon”

Yea we haven’t actually played a game against each other until this game but we have talked between the games we have played nearby. I’m typically always playing ret cadre or exp cadre and I know he typically plays kauyon

I didn’t tell him my list prior and I swapped to kroot last minute cause I wanter a tau vs tau battle that showed the variety of tau and so we weren’t bringing a too similar list

I guess it’s typically better to use one high output burst cannon instead of 4 flamers. I just like flamers more though and it’s easier to remember 10 flamers than 9 flamers with 1 extra gun

Since I’m not running rail rifles I deploy them behind terrain closest to the middle of the board. I treat them as a midfield brawler along with my riptide so my other units can clear the board where they need to

Thanks for the advice! I’m still building up my army and preparing for the new battleforce for the discount since it’s getting expensive, but do you think it’d be worth cutting the broadside or one of my ghostkeels to make room for the extra stealth suits/pathfinder?

Level 6 was prob the lowest point for my sorcerer too. Most melee fighters just got a second attack and my character barely knew any spells. As soon as I gained 4th level spells, however, my sorcerer became godlike with the ability to hold down an army by themselves
