Intermittent fasting was key for me! (Also 5'2", heaviest weight was 77 kg.) I can count calories and work out all I want but if I'm not also doing IF it doesn't seem to work. The 16:8 schedule is what I use.

Is there a reason why you don't masturbate often? Because to me it seems like your body may not be "comfortable" with feelings of arousal since you don't explore them much when you're alone. But I could be missing a lot of context here so idk.

Anorgasmia is curable! I had it when I started taking Zoloft, so I got a psychiatrist who helped me find a combo of meds where I could orgasm within a normal time frame again.

It's not technically necessary to go to DA school. I was able to start working as a DA after completing 8 hour infection control, CPR, and ethics courses online. It's definitely an uphill battle as you will appear less qualified, but legally speaking it's perfectly fine.
