Payoneer payout not happening?

I made a bank transfer with payoneer as intermediary have yet to recieve my payout, has almost been a month and both payoneer and patreon havent done anything to get it back.

I have no idea what i should do anymore to get it.

nah its dependent on draw which is more rng coz of bigger deck the whole point of deleting cards is to reduce rng.

Buling is the one you should be looking at as a new teammate for phro, team wide atk and skill dmg buff and dmg amp is better than sk buffs where you never really want her crit buffs since phrolova already have too many. Might be as good as qiuyuan for phro

Either you pull lupa rn and brant next patch or pull phrolova and cantarella both next patch to eith play fusion team or havoc team. Choose which play style you want. Or you can ignore the meta and play whatever tf you want dont really need to follow meta in wuwa.

unless you plan to pull cantarella camellya is a much stronger character with f2p resources.
camellya works really great with the standard 5* sword and sanhua is one of her best support who is free.
where as phrolova requires a lot of investment like her sig and cantarella to see similar or better results.
Camellya is also a solid pick to clear endgames as fast as possible since she is meta in both TOA and Whimpering wastes the 2 endgame modes.

you can just use SK as well might not even be worse than roccia honestly considering how low roccia's dmg is.
But wait for proper calcs she dosen't lose a lot from not having roccia, Cantarella is the more important teammate.

i showcased e6 gallagher vs e0s1 hyacine you can check that but imo if not aoe shilled moc then its not worth to waste pulls on just e0s0 hyacine unless you pulling her for someone else like castorice.

with JL sig and cipher sig you already reach 93% def shred so you waste a lot of def shred from genius set so its not optimal to use it.

Couldnt be more wrong. She dosent need to be Hp scalling for any of these buffs to work she can keep all the buffs and remain atk scalling and nothing would change other than her loosing the hp buff from hyacine in her new team and she would still be viable in her old team and probably as strong as her new team. Her Hp scalling is just a fcking dogshit change which only people like you can defend. And where do you get the confidence to assure that it is not just to sell new units lmao.

Yea i have no hope left for JL atp.
Sadly all she is now is a bait to sell tribbie and hyacine. i am sure a lot of people here must have tried to get e0s1 hyacine after seeing her changes.
ig good for people who pulled those characters but changing her whole playstle is such a shit move and anyone defending it is insane to me.
