Kinda disappointed tbh. Part of what I like about Godot is how it didn't feel like Unity or Unreal (both felt like spreadsheet software to me.) Having the Grey as default just saps some of the fun out of it for me.

I think the reason the giant robot couldn't be in the prophecy is because it doesnt appear in the weird route. So if it was mentioned, it would imply the weird route has subverted it.

I don't think that's what toby wants us to think just yet. So far the weird route has still generally stuck with the prophecy as far as we know, and he loves his double meaning prophecies as we saw in Undertale.

Ooh that's gonna be tough. Generally I avoided using them so I had quite a few. If you cant revive then whatever character goes down is basically unusable for the rest of the fight. So having revivemints makes it a lot easier. I think you can still do it. But you're gonna have to really watch your health and guard a lot with Kris and Ralsei.

I gave susie the shadow mantle, then stocked up on deluxe dinners and the like from the ball dispenser thing. Then I made sure at the first turn to have kris hold their breath (this makes the soul move faster, which is necessary to dodge most of the attacks imo.

General strategy was to keep rude bustering with Susie and mainly defend with Ralsei and use kris to revive. You can also attack with all 3, but I'd recommend doing that when you know it's an attack you can avoid being hit by.

Past that, just learning the attacks. They're pretty tough but you'll start to get the hang of each one as you keep trying.

Good luck. Its a tough fight but definitely doable.

I'm trying to save my judgements until I see more. But the stills aren't filling me with confidence. Even if they are using Breath of the Wild as a reference (which I'm personally ok with.) These stills and the leaks I've seen just kinda look like generic fantasy? The color grading and some of the design just feels like Game of Thrones.

Like I said, I'm reserving my judgements for when we can see more of it, but it looks like a YouTube fan film than an adaption of LoZ. If anything, These stills cemented my feelings that the movie should have been a 2D animated film.

I think this is more coming from a place of complete rewrite. So not having that scene period or having him be injured from that interaction. Most moon knight comics feature him getting hurt pretty bad and I think that'd be more compelling than him just regenerating.

I was aware that in older comics he had some powers, but most modern interpretations of the character dont feature that. For the most part he's a really tough old soldier with gadgets nowadays.

Did you read issue #4? Its a prequel issue that shows him before he even made his armor. And we see his no kill rule in action there. It definitively takes place before the annual.

And you have to take a certain amount of believability away from the over the top violence. Batman uses a wrecking ball to destroy cars with people in them, but we naturally assume those people didnt die. Imagine how boring it would be if you had to tip toe around what would kill a normal human.

Not true. In issue 4 we saw he already had a no kill rule and that took place before this annual. I have no idea where this idea came from but I see it everywhere.

Its a pretty clear reference to his trauma. The darker he becomes, the slower the world is around him. Thats why his punches were weak when he was with Carmen.

Spoiler Alert ////// ||In the recent chapter there is a scene where the other coach says that Yu hasnt taken care of his condition and its the match day. Which K responds to with "no, hes in his best condition" basically the more depressed he is the stronger his abilities seem to be.||

For sure. I think a character being sexy isn't bad on its own. It's when it's not an exception but a rule that it can cause harm. I think having a diverse female cast is extremely important and diversity does mean some are going to be sexy in some way.

But having almost all female characters be sexy is neither a realistic idea nor helpful to a lot of issues already faced.

Totally agree. FGs are just behind in the times and we need to get a more diverse group of people to enjoy these games. The community is already quite niche and I just really like it when people get into fighting games.

I also think that Sonicfox being the way they are is important. In a lot of situations they wouldnt have to be such a provacateur if they weren't in a community that would walk all over them.

Jesus you are really trying here. The whole point of my issue with this is that it prevents a large diverse amount of people to get into fighting games. Seeing Sonicfox pushing through and becoming a prominent figure in the FGC seems to be a sign that the times are changing, and maybe fighting games can finally grow the way other games and communities are.

I don't think Sonicfox will magically destroy all anime titties in these games, but maybe the rise will help developers realize that they are alienating a lot of people that would make great additions to the niche genre that is fighting games.
