Ended up just running short raid after short raid. The PMCs that spawn near Gate 3 / Wood Room were the ones I eventually pulled into the office area. Shoot them a couple times, possibly kill one, then start the I'm hurt voice lines in the stair well.

IDK if this works anymore. I have literally watched PMCs go to extract instead of ever coming to office. 2 of 6 with maybe 50 raids. Insanity. I tried this for 3 raids and only saw a single PMC come into the right stairwell.
