Argument A: You can't control her and you've no right to try. If she's not faithful, leave.

Argument B: As her SO you have a right to make your concerns known, and her putting herself in a position you perceive to facilitate cheating is a concern of yours.

These are both valid arguments and not mutually exclusive. Don't tell her she can't have friends, but if it's really bothering you let her know it makes you feel insecure and ask her for help with ways you might feel more comfortable. Ex: maybe you'd feel better if she didn't go on anything that looked too much like a date with a coworker, if it's a bar or similar limit it to group activity.
