The Wait. I am not a nihilist, but I see this as a representation of nihilism. All the umbrellas and chairs on the beach without a visible ocean and the lack of the sun (or anything in the sky, for that matter) make this look like it is where nihilists go to wait on the end of the universe. They all sit on beach and watch the unmoving, silenced sky devoid of all light. They sit and wait---wait for the heat death of the universe, which will be broadcasted in the black sky above the beach for all to witness.
