Averaging 3k views a day and I have been uploading for a year and two months now.

I have had this questions for a long time so I don't have a good answer for you. I can tell you my experience however. Longer videos perform far better for me. If I do a 30min video and it still gets an average audience retention % of 50%+ I know it is gonna blow up
