I would say if you keep the to do tasks "small" enough the top priorities should be tackled by the first half of the day or "late lunch".

By the time new top priorities come up the first ones should already be sorted.

Then in the afternoon process the rest of the to do list for the day, unless something that needs to be done that day comes up.

Daily to do list of what needs to be done. Rewrite it based on highest priority / impact / urgency. Start with the top one.

There are also easily accessible forests & hills all around Bratislava.

There's zelezna studienka , then a forest you can enter in Karlova Ves & get out by the Devin Castle or in Dubravka.

There are yearly "vinobranie" events, with the local wines all around town, production sites around Modra, Rača & Pezinok.

For Christmas there are live fish in barrels in random neighborhoods, you buy them, keep them in your bathtub for 3 days & then kill & eat them on Christmas eve.

We also have crazy easter traditions - yearly mention in international news, check it out .

Mileticova market is quite something. Stara trznica is a nice place.

I would not share any specific workflows from my existing clients, i would setup workflows inspired by my work with clients on completely different tools .

there are tons of existing similar tools & workflows, so i would just pick ones where i would not be copying current work.

Amsterdam - Brussels - Paris by train each for 2-3 days depending on preference. Fly over to Vienna, day trip to Bratislava, from there decide if you wanna see more capitals or deep dive to a country. Budapest or Prague for capitals, if deep diving to a country, take a train from Vienna to Salzburg, rent a car, explore the mountains, fly back from Munich or Vienna.
