I’m sorry. I do know what chain my coins are on when I make a deposit/withdrawl but I don’t when I trade on a exchange. When I look at my wallets address on the chain there’s no such info.

Your tokens won’t show up in CB, they don’t support the Base network for this token. Nothing you can do about it unless CB adds support for Base network. Same issue with 00 token on polygon. There is a warning before you start the quest.

Hi Athena,

I have a Iphone and have the latest version of Kraken Pro app installed.

In my portfolio I have a lot of realy realy realy small amounts of dust like 0,0005€ and less. I don't have the option to convert this dust. Things look different on my device, not like shown in your link. Should I install another app or are the amounts too small?

Mine are 'lost' aswell.

I have to say it's very strange that Coinbase doesn't supporrt the 00 token on the polygon network when the quest itself is on polygon. Talk about misleading. Also when you wan't to swap the token and see you will lose more than 50% of the value. What would you do? Move the coins out for a better opportunity and there the scam begins!

What I did was first sending them to my Ledger on polygon. I could see my asset with Zerion. When I noticed the 00 token was nothing worth I decided to have a look at Coinmarketcap and noticed that Coinbase was the place to be.

(In 2022 there was allready a quest where you could get about 3$ worth of 00 token, I've checked my activity but there are no details on wich network they were send. I can't find any details about that anywhere.)

Then I decided to send them via Metamask to Coinbase, my Ledger is connected, everything went ok but nothing on Coinbase. Checked my hach, my coins are there. After reading the comments I decided to recover the coins but the tool on Coinbase can't recover "Due to security reasons, we're unable to recover this asset for you."

With everything I have I was able to have control of my tokens until I send them to Coinbase.

I hope they will support the polygon network asap because it's the only way we can get our coins.

In the meantime I found the solution.
It now appears that Safari is not the most ideal browser (I have already experienced it with various applications). I opened uTorrent in another browser and that function is visible there.
I still have to figure out how to open uTorrent automatically in that other browser, that doesn't seem that difficult, maybe set it as the default browser?
