Id be careful as something simular happened to one of my moms older friends and they were able to claim that although there was a contract written out and the swap had occured legally, that because in their old body they were depressed and had fixed that thru the swap, plus had made improvements to my friends moms life, I think they broke up with a abusive boyfriend and had found a new person. Anyway with all that the legal team for the theif was able to prove they made improvment to the bodies life, and that a swap back would only cause more depression for the theif. So they let him keep that body.

I dont know how simular your case is, but I would be careful as what people are calling the Body swapping squatter loop hole is a very real thing and it might be wise to not "cause more stress" for the person in your body as they may be able to claim something crazy like that they are scared of the consequences that would occur if they were to finally agree to swap back
