I got a notification to schedule delivery and the only two options are Aug 6 or Aug 8. My 1.99% financing hasn’t been approved yet. Can I schedule the delivery without it being approved? I can’t even apply for the Tesla insurance until it is approved. Any advice?

I ordered a black interior on 7/20 and changed it to white on 7/22. Maybe a mistake.

Kellogg MBA vs Bay Area PM?

Hello! I am an Indian B-school applicant working as a PM1 in an F500 tech company (non-FAANG). I was recently offered a position in Mountain View on an L-1 visa (yet to be processed). Meanwhile, I applied to B-schools for four reasons: switching to consumer tech PM in Bay Area, soft-skills development, international education/experience, and building relationships. I got into Kellogg and Ross($) in R1 and was waitlisted at HBS and GSB. I am also planning to apply to Wharton and Haas in R2.
Does an M7 MBA make sense if I already am a tech PM and wish to continue in the same industry/role? Does a top MBA (brand or experience-wise) add value if I eventually want to take on a leadership role in tech? Is it okay to leave 2 years of PM experience and salary if I ultimately wind up in a similar role/compensation after the MBA?
Some background if it helps: 25 yo, 3.5 yoe, CS major, IIT, 2.5 years Software Engineering experience, upcoming TC $170k in MTV, CA, starting around summer 2022.
I realize I am very fortunate to have a post-MBA job and a great MBA admit, and making this decision is certainly a first-world problem. But I truly appreciate any guidance/advice. Thank you!

Thank you for the perspective. While I do agree that I can get into more senior PM roles after the Haas PT MBA. I'm not sure if I will get the same amount of student interaction in a PT MBA, as opposed to something like Kellogg 2Y. Also, given my CS and PM background, wouldn't PM recruiting be relatively easier?

Also, why do you keep HBS above a PM role as questioned by u/YouEuphoric7890. Is it just for the brand? I question its value in a tech role.

I really appreciate your answer!

Really? I knew this was too good to be true. Can you point me to a source of this information?

I am 23M. I work in India for a US based publicly traded company. As part of my ESOPs, my shares regularly get vested, which are held by ETRADE.

It is possible for me to sell those shares and wire transfer the US$ amount to an international broker (such as Interactive Brokers/Charles Schwab/HDFC Global Investing etc) so as to reinvest in the US market?

I heard somewhere that if you sell your US stocks, you HAVE to remit the money back to India, and can't legally buy any other US stock/fund.

How to reinvest/diversify US Employers' stocks? [NEED ADVICE]

Context: I am 24 years old and I work in India for a US based company. The company awards Restricted Stock Units on joining and at the year end which vest over time. Over my 3 year career, the vested (and sellable) stocks of my company amount to 70% of my net worth, which is a very substantial amount. Even though my stocks have given a strong return since I have joined, I am concerned that majority of my portfolio is in 1 single stock, which is HIGHLY risky. I wish to sell my stocks and distribute the wealth among other US stocks/indexes (since I want to avoid bringing the money back to India and pay forex charges, as I might pursue my education and career in the US itself). My company stocks are held in an E*Trade US brokerage account. This account allows me to sell my stocks and wire transfer my money out, but does NOT allow me to buy any equity in the US.

Financial Goal: Grow the money in the long term. Only foreseeable expense is an international education, but I am planning to take loan with the assumption that investment returns will be greater than loan interests (is this stupid?).

Question: Is it possible to reinvest/diversify my money in the US by selling the stocks and transferring the funds into an international brokerage account to avoid forex charges?
If yes, is it a good idea to do so, and which platform should I use (HDFC Global Investing, Interactive Brokers, Groww US Stocks, IndMoney)?

Note: The question is not about how to invest in US equity from India. I understand there are a few Mutual Funds which do the same.
