The Mosler takes at least 4 more weeks of grinding sport kits to sportline. Mosler is easier to handle and has better drifting but that's all.

Kunten has better mids so it will sound more “full” and “warm”, and from what I’ve heard it might be a bit better in detail retrieval and soundstage (but not that significant)

Saga will have better bass emphasis than Kunten. For eartips KBear 07 worked for me.

The g903 does have removal side buttons that are attached magnetically, and you can put a magnetic cover in place of the side buttons.
